    學習方式

    學習,不是像農夫一樣辛勸地耕作,就可以得出成績.
    勸奮但不求甚解,持久下處於不善用大腦,只會得出不符合效益的結果.
    若能以此方式取得成功,必是多次失敗後的偶一運氣至成.
    僥倖, 是不會長久的.

    Make sure your system is easy to use

    People always assume new system will be too complex to find anything in, or that they won't be able to turst, or that if they get mired in it will suck their brains out and they won't have time to do their real work.

    Knowledge flow . Geography

    Company have to organize its business around Knowledge Flow, not geography.
     
    In a knowledge driven organization, what matters is the flow of knowledge, not where people happen to be or what operation division or country-based operating company they work in. Organizational units invite improved communicatons within their defined turf, but it takes planning and care to keep them from raising corresponding barriers where they interface with one another.
     
    For local requirement, it may adopt international standard. This creates a unique culture of operation within each country and , again, it takes careful planning to keep that culture open to sharing knowlege with the whole ograninzation.

    你知道多少

    今天是平安夜, 假期前夕, 下午經過維多利亞海濱公園, 到處都是遊客, 有拍照的、 有看境點的、 有優閒散步的, 個個都臉帶笶容. 雖然是聖誕節, 寒流剛過, 和暖的天氣減了少許節日氣氛, 但這未嘗不是好事, 很多人不會因天寒而冷壞. ;)
     
    海邊的陽光很刺眼, 旁人在身邊經過, 身體像發光似的, 看不清, 金光耀眼. 四處彌漫笑樂的氣氛, 相信很多人都會被感染. 每個人都有自己的故事, 此刻的歡笑, 就是此刻的, 有誰會知道昨天明天是怎樣 ? 我有很多工作未完成呢, 相信遲點兒就笑不出了.  ^^"
